and exhale a gleeful sigh......*sigh*
Strong hot prairie wind blowing the memories of winter away.
There is nothing like it all the world.
It's like when the sun shows itself again, and the cold air slowing get overcome by warmer air...all desires to study fall to the ground like a sack of computers....lol...
I am a climber. I love climbing, which is odd because i hights. My childhood is full of stories from my friends and I building tree forts and I would always climb trees and scare them because they would turn around and i'd be gone, albeit up a tree, but gone none the less.
When I got older, and had to stay in town more often, I passed my time by learning how to climb buildings. Small ones, big ones, fat ones, narrow ones, ones crammed up beside each other, ones out in the middle of a feild. Anything and most definately everything.
Now when I am anywhere around buildings or trees I observe the route I would take in order to climb them with the most effiency. When I spent the day in Saskatoon a little while ago as I walk around downtown I was captivated by all of the wonderful buildings that were just BEGGING me to climb....
All of that to say, there is this tree, just out side of the windows in the lounge. We usually lounge around it when the weather gets nice, or play frizbee, or football....I just wanna climb it something feirce.
When you slide on a pair of flip flops it's like you slide into a whole new way of being happy. Spring always reminds me, with violent passion, that I am not now or never have been, a fan of the cold months.
Stick me in any place where it is hot, where the air is thick with humidity, where you wake up in the middle of the night and there is no breeze just thickness.
Spring reminds me that I am that type of person.
That i long to be able to wear flip flops all the time and if i can...be bare foot.
There is nothing like it.
Hey...anyone out there read any good books on the life of Paul?
